Returning/Exchanging Online Purchases By Mail
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date the order was placed. Beautifully Unique will not accept any returns or exchanges past the 30 day deadline, no exceptions.
To return your online order by mail:
Must include a copy of your receipt/packaging slip. Please indicate each item being returned on the front of the receipt and reason for return.
Place the items you’re returning along with the receipt/packaging slip in a box and seal it securely inside the package.
Mail your package with the carrier of your choice to:

Note: All costs associated with your return are your responsibility. We suggest you obtain a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost packages. We will not refund original or return shipping charges.
Additional Return Requirements: Merchandise that is returned within the deadline is eligible for a store credit only, minus the cost of shipping. Any store credit that is issued will not include the cost of shipping.
All items received as a return must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, not altered, tags attached and free of pet hair. Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, lotion and in smoke free condition.
Damages: Must be reported within 72 hours of package being delivered. Please note that damages caused by accident, improper care or normal wear and tear are not covered by our return policy.
All Sales Final on Bath, Beauty and Wellness Items: We do not offer returns on cosmetic or skincare items for health and safety purposes.
Final Sale Items Are not eligible for return or exchange. If a final sale item is returned, it will be forfeited. No exceptions.
